Do you clean both residential and commercial pools?

Yes, we provide pool tile cleaning services for any pool.

Is there any type of pool tile that you can’t clean?

We clean almost every type of pool tile, from artificial and natural stone to glass tile. Glass tile is delicate and beautiful and requires a special touch using a highly specialized process. The only type of tile that can’t be cleaned is handmade clay tile.

Do I need to empty the pool?

No, we just lower the water line as necessary. We’ll take care of this when we come to clean the tile.

Are you able to replace missing tiles?

If you have the replacement tiles, we can usually do the repair the same day we do the tile cleaning. If you need help finding replacement tiles, we can assist you with that as well.

What should I do ahead of time?

No need to do anything! We just need access to the pool and your pets should be secure.

How long does it take?

The whole process from the time we arrive to the time we leave typically takes 3-4 hours.

Does it make a big mess?

When we’re finished, we clean up your decks and vacuum away debris that occurs during the cleaning process. All debris goes into our filter, not yours, and we haul it away.

Will the calcium buildup come back?

Since calcium is present in tap water, the calcium deposits will build up just like they did before cleaning. Most pool owners choose to have these deposits professionally cleaned once every 2-3 years.

How long until the pool can be used again?

Right away! Our cleaning process uses no harsh chemicals and doesn’t affect the water chemistry at all. Before we leave, we’ll clean everything up. You can refill the pool and get back to swimming.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
