First, we’ll place your pool equipment in service mode and lower the water level to just a few inches below the tile line. No need to waste water and drain the whole pool! Our cleaning process has no effect on the water chemistry.

Next, we spray very fine glass beads at a low pressure to softly clean your tile. It’s a gentle and effective process using minimal pressure to safely remove the calcium from your pool tile. Every surface requires a slightly different pressure and we have the experience and expertise to know what’s required to get the best results.

Once cleaning is complete, we wipe down and polish your tiles. The residue from cleaning will have fallen to the bottom of the pool, and we vacuum it up and place it in our own filtration system. Once that’s complete and your decks are clean, we’re ready to pack up and leave you with a nice clean pool.

It’s up to you to restore pool water level to the proper height and turn your equipment back on.
If you’re unsure of how that’s done, we’re happy to help.
